    Peter Martin C.P.O, President
 


Peter Martin is the President of International Management Assistance Corporation (IMAC) a leading North American provider of Crisis Management and Risk Mitigation Services.

Mr. Martin is an international security practitioner having worked extensively in both the North American & European markets. Beyond his experience in the international security industry, he is a recognized subject matter expert in crisis management, threat / risk assessment and personal & physical security measures.

As a frequent keynote speaker and lecturer on a variety of security related issues, Mr. Martin advocates the importance of detailed risk analysis and proactive measures to enhance corporate and personal safety.

In addition to his work at IMAC, Mr. Martin previously held partial load Professor status teaching Advanced Security Management & Security Law in a leading College’s 3rd Year Graduate Studies Program.

He maintains active memberships in: Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, Overseas Security Advisory Council, Canadian & American Societies for Industrial Security, Association of Counter-Terrorism and Security Professionals and the International Tactical Training Officers Association.


   
Joseph Schollaert, Senior Vice President
 


Mr. Schollaert has more than 21 years of experience in the security and business continuity services industry. After graduation from college, Mr. Schollaert started his career with Allied Security, Inc. and progressed rapidly to become one of the youngest regional managers within the company. After eight years with Allied Security, Mr. Schollaert joined IMAC as director of operations.

As Senior Vice President. Schollaert has direct oversight of IMAC's strategic growth, sales and marketing, and operational planning and implementation. He is a member of the following associations: American Management Association (AMA), Chief Executive Network, American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), Business Industry Continuity Emergency Planning and Preparedness (BICEPP), Ohio Association of Security and Investigative Services (OASIS), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Sandler Sales Institute, Sales Concepts Presidents Club, and Ohio Association of Private Detective Agencies (OAPDA).

Mr. Schollaert earned bachelor degrees in criminal justice and psychology from Duquesne University.


   
Ed Zukowski, Vice President of Human Resources
 


Mr. Zukowski brings 18 years of human resources, training and employee development experience to his role as HR Director. Prior to joining IMAC in 2006, he served for eight years as the director of human resources for a Cleveland-based franchising company. Additionally, Mr. Zukowski brings experience in conflict resolution, employee counselling, workplace accident investigation & documentation, benefit administration, and corporate-level recruiting.

Mr. Zukowski is a member of The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and served for three consecutive years on the business advisory committee for United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Penn State University.

 


   
James Scally, Vice President Corporate Finance
 


Mr. Scally brings more than 12 years of experience in the areas of accounting, financial analysis and financial planning to his role as vice president of corporate finance. In this role, he is responsible for developing and overseeing financial accounting and treasury policy and for managing all the financial affairs of the corporation.

After obtaining his Certified Public Accountant, C.P.A. license, Mr. Scally practiced in public accounting and internal audit prior to moving to the operational side of business.

He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting from Kent State University. He also received his Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace College where he studied in the areas of: executive management, problem solving, effective communication, finance operations, group dynamics, team leadership, human resources management, organizational structure and behavior, and international awareness. Mr. Scally is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).

 

   
Rob Shuster, Vice President of Protective Services and Training
 


Prior to joining IMAC, Mr. Shuster spent most of his 30 year career with a global leader in uniform security and investigations services. There, he held various positions including: executive protection detail leader, director of training, vice president of corporate development and senior vice president of the asset protection team.

Mr. Shuster is a respected expert in security practices and training related to crisis management & response, labor disputes, close protection operations, special event security, security awareness programs, evasive & defensive driving, and executive protection program design. He has written corporate security articles and white papers, and has lectured for many noted organizations including the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), the International Society of Special Event Planners, the Young Presidents Organization, Penn State University, the Tactical Response Association and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Mr. Shuster has also served two (2) four year terms on the private security advisory board for the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services.

 

   
Timothy M. Kachmarik, Director of Crisis & Disaster Services
 


As director of operations at IMAC, Kachmarik is responsible for all detailed operations related to the delivered service product to the client. His role includes the coordination and deployment of recruited personnel and any mobile equipment required, related to security, logistics, and temporary replacement workers’ services. Mr. Kachmarik is very active in insuring quality personnel are recruited, hired and trained. Prior to accepting the director of operations position, Kachmarik served as IMAC’s director of security operations.

Mr. Kachmarik’s varied experience in the field of criminal investigation, executive protection and security management, resulted from years at Bank One Corporation as security manager. He was also employed with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation as Special Agent in Charge and spent four years with the United States Secret Service as a special agent.

Mr. Kachmarik graduated from Cleveland State University, where he majored in accounting.

   
Amy Augustine, Manager of Crisis & Disaster Services
 


Ms. Augustine joined IMAC in 1998. Since then, she has demonstrated exceptional ability in client services, developing strong, long-lasting client relationships - many of which have evolved into national account partnerships. Over the last decade, companies of all sizes and industries across the country have called on her expertise in the areas of strike planning and management. Her accomplishments include involvement in two of the largest and longest work stoppages in U.S. history.

Prior to her start in the crisis response industry, Ms. Augustine worked for 12 years as a sales professional in the architectural aluminum industry. She then served as the manager of inside sales for a commercial collections agency.

Ms. Augustine is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College and Bryant and Stratton Business Institute, and holds degrees in business management and occupational studies. She is an active member of the following associations: Sales Concepts, Inc., Sandler Sales Institute, Glazer-Kennedy Insiders Circle, Chamber of Commerce, and the American Marketing Association.

 


   
Ron Ritter, Manager of Crisis & Disaster Services
 


Mr. Ritter's security background includes almost 20 years with Vance/APT, developing business and leading operations at diverse sites including public utilities, steel mills, coal and copper mines, product distribution centers and paper product manufacturers.

Mr. Ritter has also served as an Asset Protection Team (APT) instructor in the U.S. and Canada, and has held several State Department of Criminal Justice Services and Department of Public Safety trainer certificates. In addition, he has served in the United States Army with 10 years active and 11 years reserve military service. His military experience includes military police training and performance assigned to strategic nuclear weapons support aircraft as well as reactive and custodial duty at a NATO nuclear weapons storage facility.
